1. day | Arrival to SPLIT

Arrival to Split (5* hotel or similar) – meet English speaking tour leader;  stroll through Split’s Old Town and the palm-lined harbour-front promenade. The remainder of the day is at leisure.

2. day | SPLIT – TROGIR (overnight Split)

Split  walking tour,  including the imposing Palace of Diocletian built in the third century on the shores of the Adriatic, The octagonal St. Dominus Cathedral and Jupiter temple. Mestrovic gallery visit in the afternoon. Stroll through Trogir. UNESCO protected Trogir is an excellent example of a medieval town built on and conforming with the layout of a Hellenistic and Roman city that has conserved its urban fabric to an exceptional degree and with the minimum of modern interventions.

3. day | SPLIT – MOSTAR (Bosnia and Herzegovina)

Trip to Mostar – Old town walking tour Mostar, a city in Bosnia and Herzegovina, is known as a melting pot of cultures and religions. In this UNESCO World Heritage-listed city, you’ll see its historic Old Bridge, the colourful Old Bazaar with traditional handicrafts and a well-preserved traditional Turkish home. (4* hotel)

Trip to Narona (Vid) visit to Archaeological Museum – indoor and outdoor museum of old Roman town Narona,  the exhibition includes a total of roughly 900 finds, allowing us to track the city’s history from the end of the third century BC through the fifteenth century AD.

We continue to STON – walk around town and visit old salt plant back from 13 century that is still in function today – Dubrovnik or Cavtat (5* or small luxury hotel)

5. day | DUBROVNIK (overnight Dubrovnik/Cavtat)

Walking tour Dubrovnik  to see the Franciscan and Dominican monasteries, the Rector’s Palace and Dubrovnik Cathedral. Afternoon at  leisure or possibilities to walk the wall or visit Mount Srd by cable car for stunning views of Dubrovnik City, the Elaphite Islands and Adriatic sea its self.

6. day | MONTENEGRO tour (overnight Dubrovnik/Cavtat)

Boka Kotorska bay – Perast  (island visit) / Kotor

Full day in Montenegro, first stopping in small island Perast visiting manmade island Our Lady of the rock. The old Venetian town of Kotor, a UNESCO World Heritage Site is surrounded by impressive medieval bulwarks. On a walking tour, visit the 12th-century Cathedral of St. Tripun and the charming Maritime Museum.

Lake Bled Slovenia & Zagreb Pre-Tour Extension

Day 1: Upon arrival in Ljubljana, Slovenia, you are met and transferred to your hotel on picturesque Lake Bled, with views of the cliff-top castle and the Julian Alps.
Day 2: Visit Bled Castle to view the large collection of 16th- to 18th-century weaponry in its museum, optional boat tour to St. Mary Island. Possible walk to Vintgar Gorge.
Day 3: Travel to Ljubljana, capital of Slovenia. View its 18th century cathedral, Baroque palaces and colorful frescoes. Drive to Zagreb, Croatia.

Day 4: Walking tour Zagreb to see down town and upper town.

Day 5: Transfer to Split, stopping en route to visit Plitvice Lakes, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Tour the National Park followed by lunch. Then, continue to Split.
